A. Stay connected with people

When you plan and organize a large project weight , I let my friends know that I'll be busy for a while. But I will keep in touch by sending e- mails , keep them informed of how I move with my project . It could even be in contact with the strange phone call. Never break contact with your friends , because you have something important to do . Good friends are for life !

Two . Follow your progress

When you decide to lose weight, first calculate how much weight you want to lose t . Then write a list of goals . Journaling the weight you want to lose, and when you want to have missed. Write a diary while you're trying to lose weight and eat healthy foods again , writing a journal is an essential and therapeutic to stay on track with your goals tool. But do not forget to " celebrate " every pound you. Enjoy a manicure or a facial weight . Maybe there's a book you've always wanted to read . Buy when you lost the first two books .

Three . make statements

Take a few minutes to write statements that can be read every morning when you wake up and at night before going to bed. You can create a vision board with affirmations. You can cut out of magazines or write them on little post -its weight loss . Another option is to write these statements in your journal so you can read them anytime. Examples of statements : I love my body. I appreciate daily exercise . I take responsibility for what I eat. I am slim and attractive .

4 . show gratitude

Every night before going to sleep , think about what was good today. I suggest you write a gratitude journal . This can be written in the magazine with their weight loss goals . Write a gratitude journal too. Every night , I note that I'm grateful about . For example : I am grateful for my healthy body. I am thankful for my cozy apartment . I am thankful that I have loving cats . So what we are grateful for today? The direction of writing a gratitude journal is that the more you are grateful for what you already have in your life , good things come your way .

May . Find a Partner

Whatever goal you have, you may want to find someone who shares the same goal with you. Stay with the goal of weight loss. Think of a friend, a colleague, a neighbor or even a family member who want to lose weight too. She may have difficulty staying on the road to weight loss program itself . Team and get together and celebrate their achievements . If you can not find a boyfriend in your circle of friends, join a support group. Support groups are a wonderful opportunity to share experiences , find a buddy and make a network simultaneously .
